Purpose
These terms govern the use of the ge2move.com website, published by Eric Pignol EI (see the legal notice). They do not apply to the GE2 Move business application or to a subscription, which are covered by separate contractual terms provided before any purchase.
Access
The site is free to access. The publisher may suspend or change all or part of it, in particular for maintenance, without giving rise to compensation.
Information shown
GE2 Move is in its pre-commercial phase. Site content is for information and is not a contractual offer: function availability, terms and prices are set out in a written commercial proposal. Visuals and screenshots use fictional data.
Forms and assistant
You agree to provide accurate information, not to send sensitive data, identity documents or access codes, and not to use the forms abusively or by automated means. The assistant gives pre-written answers for guidance only; it is neither legal, tax or customs advice nor a commitment by the publisher.
Consumers
GE2 Move is not a moving company: moving services are performed and invoiced by professionals. GE2 Move sells no subscription to consumers and makes no debit from their bank account.
External links and services
Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience; those services are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
Site elements are protected. Any substantial reproduction or extraction without written permission is prohibited.
Liability
The publisher takes care to keep published information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete. It cannot be held liable for use of the site that does not comply with these terms.
Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, any dispute falls under the competent courts for the publisher’s place of business.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one published on the date of your visit.
