Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle your request; without them we cannot reply. Do not send identity documents, access codes or sensitive data. No automated decision-making or profiling is based on this data. No data is used for advertising or sold.
Assistant, WhatsApp and calls
The guided assistant runs in your browser with pre-written answers: the conversation is sent neither to our server nor to an AI provider and disappears when you leave the page. WhatsApp is an external service provided by Meta: it only opens when you click, and its own terms then apply. The site never places an automatic call.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to GE2 Move staff handling requests and to strictly necessary technical processors:
- website hosting, request storage and e-mail sending: Hostinger International Limited (Cyprus, European Union);
- mailbox for contact@ge2move.com: Hostinger International Limited (Cyprus, European Union).
Location and transfers
Requests are stored in a private hosting area outside the public website, in a data centre located in France. The site makes no transfer to a third country, except when you choose to use WhatsApp yourself. Switzerland recognises EU member states as providing adequate protection.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Requests are kept outside the public area in restricted-access files; request references are random; submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Access is limited to authorised staff.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (for processing based on legitimate interest) and portability (for data provided as part of pre-contractual steps). Under the FADP you notably have the right of access, rectification, objection and to receive or transfer your data.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@ge2move.com, quoting your request reference if possible. We reply within one month (GDPR) or 30 days (FADP), extendable where the law allows. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) in France or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) in Switzerland.
